How To Prevent And Reduce Fatigue


Everyone gets tired if the activity is excessive. And it will be fatigue, that is a feeling of constant tiredness or weakness and can be physical or mental. Tired is due to that caused in our bodies as a result of pressure psychologically and physically. 

Tiredness caused by strenuous activity or continuously without a break that can make the body and mind become less spirit and the body becomes weak.Your tiredness have a link between body and mind.

If you do not want to get fatigue, focus your mind on things that are fun when you do the job takes longer than usual time. Because the calm mind and peaceful will make you to be continuously energized and not easily stressed against the burden of work or strenuous activity.






Fatigue that you feel may be caused by several factors, namely:
1. Lack of sleep
2. Sleep Apnea
3. Hypothyroidism
4. Food allergies
5. Lack of energy
6. Anemia
7. Depression
8. Most of caffeine consumption
9. Dehydration
10. Work "Night Shift"
11. Heart Disease
12. Diabetes
13. Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)

There are several things you can do to prevent the body from fatigue and eliminate fatigue on your body, such as:

1. Breakfast
Get used to always have breakfast every morning before starting your activity, is due to have breakfast every morning before the move, the mind and condition your body will be more stable than those who do not have breakfast, so fatigue will be less than those who skip breakfast.

2. Take your food, Then Eat
Fatigue that we feel is a sign that we lack of energy. Eat healthy foods that are close to you at that time, so the call from within your cells are met.

You also need to eat regularly with foods that contain a variety of nutrients needed by our body, such as carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals and foods that have high fiber content.

3. Drinking Water
Water helps the body to meet the needs of the body ions. As mentioned above, fatigue can be caused by dehydration, so the cause can be overcome by drinking enough water. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to help the circulation of blood to be smooth and not easily tired.

4. Eat High Fiber Foods
Eat enough nutrition and especially those that contain fiber, because fiber foods can suppress saturation of up to 10 percent. And this way is able to eliminate the depression that affects your mind that has made you tired.

5. Laugh
Laughter can make you relax and reduce fatigue you feel. You can create your laughter off by watching a comedy or see things that are interesting and amusing.

6. Listen to Music
Music also can calm the mind saturated, seek relaxation music or music genre that you like and you can listen to at any time you start to feel tired. 

7. Consumption of Supplements
Supplements can help meet the nutritional needs yet you get from the foods you eat. Look for supplements that have been examined and declared safe and is listed on food health agency in your country.

8. Wash Your Face
After doing activities that make you tired, try to wash your face with cold water first, because this method is able to refresh your face and your mind back and slightly reduce tired that you feel.

9. Do Stretching Muscles
Back again in a way that can make your body relax, tense muscles will become loose and relax back, so your body does not feel stiff and tired.

Stretching muscles can also make the arteries of the brain are dilated so that the oxygen carried to the brain gets more and circulation becomes smooth. Stretching the muscles that you can do such a simple stretching without walking or doing road for a few minutes.

10. Meditation
Meditation can calm your mind and can make the muscles become tense and improve your stamina.
